ALOO PARATHA

ALOO PARATHA

Aloo paratha is a chapathi stuffed with masala aloo. You can make different kind of paratha. If feeding vegetables and pulses to kids is difficult, give it a new form by stuffing them in the paratha. I’ll be sharing different kinds of parathas in my future posts.

SECRET TIPS:

1. You can add fried onions if you want, the reason i don’t prefer is it’s difficult while pressing the stuffed chapathis and the stuffings comes out.

2. If you find procedure no.6 difficult, you can roll 2 chapathi place the potato mix on one and close it with another chapathi and cook both the sides as usual.

Don’t forget to let me know how it goes in the comment section when you give it a try.
