Apple banana smoothie is one of the easy diet recipe I have tried recently. Since it’s summer this is the best diet smoothie to try at home. This is filling, easy, healthy and delicious so why not give it a try ??

Bananas are nutritious.
Contains nutrients that moderate blood sugar level.
It helps in weight loss.
It helps in increasing haemoglobin content.
Ingredients:
1. Apple – 2
2. Banana – 1
3. Cold milk – 1 glass
4. Cinnamon powder – a pinch
Procedure for making apple banana smoothie:
1. Peel the apple and banana.
2. Cut it into pieces and grind it with adding milk.
3. Transfer it into the glass, sprinkle cinnamon powder and it’s ready to serve.
Serves: 2
SECRET TIPS:
Don’t add more ripe bananas since it overrides apple taste.
