BELE ROTTI

Bele rotti is usually called as Tappal rotti. This is one of the delicious recipe i have ever had. This is not only delicious but also nutritious. It’s very good for thyroid. And also a healthy recipe for diet.

Ingredients fo bele rotti :

List A

1. Toor daal – 1 Cup 2. Bengal gram – 1 Cup 3. Rice – 1 Cup 4. Moong daal – 1/2 Cup 5. Urad daal – 1/2 Cup 6. Fenugreek – 1 Table spoon

List B

1. Grated coconut – 1 Cup 2. Green chilly – 10 3. Jeera – 1 Table spoon 4. Sesame seeds – 1Table spoon 5. Onion – 3 6. Coriander 7. Dill leaves/ sabsige 8. Chopped coconut – 3 Table spoon 9. Salt 10. Baking soda – 1 Tea spoon 11. Oil/ ghee

Procedure for making bele rotti :

1. Soak all the ingredients in the list A for 10 hours. 2. Grind the soaked ingredients coarsely without adding water. 3. Grind grated coconut, green chilly, jeera and mix with the above prepared mixture. 4. Add chopped onion, coriander, dill/sabsige, sesame seeds, salt, baking soda, chopped coconut and mix well. 5. Place a ball of above prepared mixture directly on the heated tava and begin to spread it lightly with your fingers to make a round rotti. 6. Toast it both the sides by adding ghee or oil and enjoy with the chutney.

SECRET TIPS:
