BESAN CHILLA RECIPE
besan chilla recipe is a protein packed breakfast especially for post workout. This is very tasty and filling. And also You can make it in less than half an hour. If you’re dieting, then you can add this to your breakfast list.
Ingredients:
1. Besan – 1 cup
2. Onion – 1
3. Tomato – 1
4. Green chilly – 3
5. Ginger(grated) – 1 teaspoon
6. Salt
7. Coriander – 1 teaspoon
8. Paneer (grated) – 2 tablespoon
9. Oil – 2 table spoon
Procedure of making besan chilla recipe:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil and add water to make a flowing consistency.
2. Heat the pan and grease it with oil.
3. Spread the batter on the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Flip it over and cook the other side.
5. Serve it hot with curd.
Serves two.
SECRET TIPS:
You can add finely chopped capsicum, grated carrot or any vegetable of your choice.
