BESAN PEDA
Besan peda is a no cook sweet which you can make in less than 10 minutes. Very easy to make and with all the available ingredients at home.

Ingredients:
1. Ghee – 1/2 Cup
2. Powdered sugar – 1 Cup
3. Ilachi powder – 1 Tea spoon
4. Almond pieces – 1 Table spoon
5. Roasted gram – 1 Cup
6. Almond & Pista to garnish
Procedure for making besan peda:
1. Take ghee in a bowl add powdered sugar and mix well.
2. Add ilachi powder, almond pieces and give it a mix.
3. Grind the roasted gram into a fine powder and add it to the bowl.
4. Mix all the ingredients well.
5. If it is dry, add 1 table spoon of ghee to it.
6. Take a ball of mixture and roll it to get a peda shape.
7. Garnish it with almond pieces and pista.
SECRET TIPS:
Ghee should be in molten state. if the ghee is in liquid state, you can use it after keeping it in the refrigerator. Serves: 20 pieces I have used pumpkin seeds to garnish since it’s very healthy. You can use pista, badam or anyother dry fruits of your choice to garnish the sweet. Do give it a try and let me know how it goes in the comment section.
