MUG CAKE
If you feel like having a dessert in the midnight more often like me or during this quarantine, then this recipe is for you. Mug cake is an instant cake recipe which you can make in less than 10minutes. It also includes very few ingredients and if you have all of them then TADA, your cake will be ready to eat in 10minutes without much work.
Ingredients:
1. All purpose flour/maida – 2 Tablespoon
2. Powdered sugar – 2 Tablespoon
3. Cocoa powder – 1 Tablespoon
4. Baking powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
5. Baking soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
6. Oil – 1 Tablespoon
7. Milk – 4 Tablespoon
8. Chocolate bar – 1 piece
Procedure for making mug cake:
1. Take a coffee mug and add all the dry ingredients.
2. Give it a good mix.
3. Add oil, milk and mix well to get the batter consistency.
4. Add chocolate piece once everything is done.
5. Microwave the mug for 1 or 1 and 1/2 minute.
As i have told in the beginning, it is an instant recipe. So it tastes better when it’s served hot and cannot be stored for later.
SECRET TIPS:
1. You can make in any flavor you want with pineapple puree, vanilla essence and any other flavors you like. 2. Once it’s done, if the skewer doesn’t come clean then microwave for 30 more seconds.
