PANEER CAPSICUM ROLL
Capsicum with paneer is a great combination. Paneer capsicum roll recipe is specially for those who prefer something different than the normal capsicum curry. And also kids would love this recipe since it’s not the usual chapathi and some boring vegetable curry.
Ingredients:
1. Paneer – 100 g
2. Oil – 2 Table spoon
3. Jeera – 1 Table spoon
4. Onion – 1+1
5. Capsicum – 2
6. Green chilly – 6
7. Ginger garlic paste – 1 Table spoon
8. Salt
9. Curd – 4 Table spoon
10. Roti
11. Tomato ketchup
Procedure for making paneer capsicum roll:
1. In a pan, take oil and jeera, onion, capsicum, green chilly and saute it until the onion turns golden brown.
2. Add ginger garli paste, salt as per your taste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add grated paneer and fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Once it’s done, turn off the stove and add curd for watery consistency.
( You can avoid curd if you don’t like )
5. Make rotis. i prefer wheat roti, if you want you can make maida roti too.
6. Spread the above prepared mixture, ketchup and raw onion, roll it over and enjoy.
Serves : 6 rolls
SECRET TIPS:
Grated paneer enhances the taste more than paneer pieces.
